New Eats at Cadillac Jack’s

DEADWOOD, S.D. — In addition to the remodeled rooms at Cadillac Jack’s, the expanded casino floor, the much-needed underground parking expansion, and, of course, the shiny new Tru by Hilton, there’s one feature that seems to get lost in the shuffle: more food options.

Since 2002 when Cadillac Jack’s first opened their doors, the Brown Rock Sports Café, located in the center of the resort, was the only food option on the property. Understanding that our guests and casino players want more, we decided not to give just one more option, but three.

In addition to the Brown Rock, the remodeled Cadillac Jack’s Gaming Resort will feature local favorite Marco’s Pizza, Earl of Sandwich, and FLYT by the legendary Alpine Inn.

Marco’s Pizza, a national chain headquartered in northern Ohio, will open its fourth store in the Black Hills at Cadillac Jack’s. Marco’s prides itself in using fresh dough, a three-cheese blend, and a secret pizza sauce, creating a one-of-a-kind, pizza-loving experience. The menu is rounded out with sub sandwiches, wings, salads, and brownies.

Earl of Sandwich will make its first appearance in the Midwest when it opens at Cadillac Jack’s. The national chain, with most restaurants located in Florida, claims to have founded the “Sandwich” in 1762. Since then, they’ve been crafting and perfecting their art form, delivering made-to-order sandwiches that use only freshly baked bread and the highest quality ingredients. Additionally, Earl of Sandwich proudly serves wraps, salads, pizza breads, soups, and desserts. They even offer a small breakfast menu, which, naturally, are all breakfast sandwiches.

The Alpine Inn has been a Black Hills staple since 1984, although the history of the building dates back to the days of prospectors and frontiersmen. Unlike their good-sized lunch menu, the Alpine only has two items on their dinner menu: Filet Mignon and Kaes Spatzel Primavera. However, the family-owned establishment has delicately mastered the art of the two steaks, inviting travelers and foodies from across the globe to step back in time and experience a truly European delicacy.

Cadillac Jack’s is bringing the Alpine to Deadwood by introducing FLYT by Alpine Inn. FLYT will feature most of the same items Alpine has on their menu, but with a twist: a flight of toppings for both the steak and potatoes. Along with the amped up menu, FLYT will also feature a very contemporary interior design to serve as a base for its second purpose: the FLYT nightclub. The nightclub will further enhance the nightlife of Deadwood, a common wish from guests and locals. FLYT will be at ground level on the southern tip of the property and hedged by outdoor patio seating. VIP seating, custom artwork, unique lighting, and a LED-lit bar are just a few of the items that will make FLYT a must-see upon completion.

All expansion projects are projected to be completed by early Summer 2018, just in time for the yearly influx of tourists and visitors.
